    Ground out a gable end for repointing years ago there was a car next door with its window open, cue massive bollocking and valeting bill.

    Some people put a KRend over the brickwork on garage conversions to hide mismatches and levels, looks good if done right too. Anyway, nice job!

    Good job but when you put trims on windows it's always best to use a small gap silicone as it don't come back off like silicone will after a year or two

    Great job. Can you lay the first course straight onto the existing garage floor concrete slab or do you have to create a footing first .i.e first course below floor level? Cheers. 👍

    Do all the garages down your way come with an artexed ceiling...or was it a sales office for the site in a previous life? Did you use frame fasteners in the sides of the frame or just top 'n' bottom as shown in your video? I carried out a driveway job involving the big saw on pin kerbs and the neighbours were on a long holiday so I let the wind remove the settled dust on their cars...so I thought...damn spider's webs on the bodywork grassed me up?! Thanks for the upload, great job.
