Nice to see somebody taking the time to do a proper job. In the town were I live it would be done with blocks then pebbledashed every house has some form of external render looks awful your way is much nicer I love to see the old brick work 👍👌✊👏
Very therapeutic watching a tradesman undertaking his works..... Excellent job
Watching this with a beer is therapy after a day in an office.
My dad was a brickie for 40+ years, he'd be well happy with that. Good thought and planning too, it's what makes a job, a good job 👍
I absolutely love bricklaying and it's great to see a real pro laying the dpc on a thin bed of mortar...proper job👍
This bloke is the business! Get this geezer a pint 🍺
If there’s a secret to good brickwork, it’s being able to mix a good mortar. I have mortar envy!
I like that you showed tucking in the toothing upper bed before you cover it up. No one shows it but its so crucial to do that before you lay that course.
Looks spot on as usual Stu, tidy block work from KC as well !!
I really enjoy watching your work. Cheers

It always looks better working on the old houses , the odd angles an dodgy shapes of a bygone era 👏
The quality and contents of the video are very good.

Nice work! Blended in nice to original brickwork too. Cracking.
Love your videos stu, keep them up mate
Dug about 2 ton of spoil which was compacted solid and loaded and unloaded 50 bricks by hand today. My lazy backside is aching now. Cracking job here though boys.
Nice one Stu and KC 👍👍
Great work, I’m glad I’m not the only one that prefers the quick saw over the crappy grinder.
You make things look easy! Great skill and care. Love the videos.
You've beasted it again Stu. Them bricks have grown in there mate!
Hey Stu. Mate you gotta get yourself an Arbortech! Makes life so much easier with toothing 👍🏽 Also the clamp you're using for you line is really for steel frame doors, we usually use dutch pins and pack our profiles out off the wall so the line can slide up, and use regular corner blocks so the line can wrap right around the profile.. Top job as always mate👍🏽
I watched a few videos, cool work, greetings from Ukraine!
It looks like that has blended in nice with the other brickwork, very well done stu

It's all brick and nothing but wherever you turn around. Imagine the scene back in the day when all this building was going down...
Good work! Beautifully done.

All good until it rips a tooth out and costs when you return it to tool hire shop , been there 😢😭😦
Nice Work, Nice clamps - where can we buy (in London) Nice FULL JOINTS all over the gaff none of that "oh it will be alright" business. If theres one thing I take away from you showing us your skilled work it is full joints of muck no exceptions. Top man. Great choice of the music for your intro, shazammed and added to the playlist. Keep the train rolling and the content universal to the world UK isnt the only country that builds home with brick :) Thumbs up Stu.

nice one ben mate
When I started watching this video, I noticed that you didn't take off the back door or frame at the start and wondered if you were bricking up the back door as a practical joke on the house owner. When I were a lad, we just used to cover up people's front doors with newspaper or cardboard LOL :)
Nice brick work stu.welcome done pal.keep up to good work with KC 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😁😁😁😁😁😁
Mint stu as always
Watching this video was extremely satisfying. I really need to do something with my bricky qualification. I kinda miss it!!

9.27, Have got to say ive never seen a radiator put on its side haha! great channel mate. im a plumber myself but love watching your work! From Ash in Eastbourne East sussex
Nice stu❤️
Nice job 👍👍👍
You know the pros are at work when it looks so easy to do. I was given a pile of tools and I could not tell what an entire tool box was even for. Someone finally told me that they were brick laying tools. Where I grew up, there must only be a small handful of brick buildings. Shipping brick to Alaska must be expensive.
Nice work. But I’ve ever seen a brickie not tap each newly laid brick three times with the back of the trowel. Thought it was like chalking a cue, part of the routine.
Sehr gute Arbeit 👍
I'm sitting in my favella in Barquisimeto, Venezuela hoping to find some bricks soon and build myself a home under the freeway bridge.
Nice job
Hey Stu was there a shuttle bus to the kerb from that parked car ?. Lol

Wish I’d got you to do my bricking up of a door of mine! Your amazing 😉
thanks
Nice job, I've got a property where previous owner bricked up a door without stitching the courses of bricks like you have, just used half bricks. Should I be thinking about having it re-done?
Super neat

Nice video.
Great job, massive skills on display, have you added colour to the mortar here to match existing? or is that just the natural colour of your portland/sand mix?
