    @@mrrashi5925How so ??? Cole is switching from DB to LB and he’s a huge project. Adams hasn’t scratched the surface of what he can be. I’d love to see Cole come and join the family in Blacksburg, but Adams was a major addition and win for the program.

    Accountability, communication, competition, details, hard work, sacrifice, have fun…that culture he describes around the 19:00 minute mark are truly words to live by. Made my 9 year old son watch this part and used it to explain to him why I’m always stressing table manners: DETAILS, DETAILS, DETAILS. Preach coach! Another great interview, Adam, keep ‘em coming!

    I know this might shock you but head coaches usually don’t do great in there first year. look at Lincoln Riley for example Oklahoma took step back in his first year as well

    @TheHokie I'm not a VT fan. I grew up in VA as a big PSU fan. I just always make fun on VT fans because they have a chicken for a mascot and think that their stadium and program is all that.
