Sanctions, yes, and possibly occupation by a UN peacekeeping force, but no expulsion from the UN. The U.S. killed 2 million people in Southeast Asia and left behind toxic wastelands and killed 1 million in Iraq, also leaving toxics behind, and committed systematic torture, to mention just a few of their war crimes, with the U.K. and others complicit in these crimes. Membership in the UN, at the very least, provides the opportunity to hold members answerable, to expose their crimes to their faces and to hold votes that expose their hypocrisy (such as the U.S. veto of ceasefire resolutions). So, no, keep them in the UN. It is the UN that is providing aid to Gaza. How would that be possible, currently, if Israel was not a member? It would be even more difficult than Israel and the U.S. were already making it.
