It's actually crazy how so many of these people live in a bubble where the last thing they want to do is hear a different perspective than their own on world issues etc. What's interesting is that I've never seen Q&A things like this hosted by leftists, it's always conservatives who get yelled at by kids like this student who make accusations and statements but literally have no idea what they're talking about. At least twice that kid made a statement and when asked to back up what he said, it was clear he didn't even know. Super humiliating but at least he was a good sport about it.

They are angry, because they do not criticise their own thinking process. If you have a stance, you should at least research the fundamtentals if this is true. But the opposite is the truth: "Whatever you believe in, you will find truth", because this is the way our brains work. I like Charlie Kirk, so I stop at his videos and ignore others that counter his position. So I (and probably you, or do you research the statistics that Kirk talks about) am guilty as well. Hell, in our time, due to how search engines and youtube algorithms work, you don't even see the counter position any more and become more and more brainwashed, because you only see videos of your very own position. We need to stop being angry at each other and start more discussions with the other side. And this is why I like Charlie Kirk, even though I don't necessarily agree with all his positions.

@@juniormpondo7274 well I live in Canada so we have some of the highest education here however, having experienced post secondary school myself, I think there’s a very clear agenda melded into the topics. For example, in my social work degree the amount of terms like “white privilege”, “transgenderism” etc being brought up is clear what our government in this country is trying to instill in young adults. I think in this guys situation in the video, it’s evident he is relaying information he’s learned in school and not thought about anything outside of what he’s told to think. It’s worse in Canada than USA. High schools should be teaching students about math, how to write a resume, boundaries not whether or not you were born in the right body or which country to vouch for in a war. Same with post secondary school, it should simply be about the relevant topics at hand without any form of political influence.

Which sounds great and is of course nice to help anyone who wants to “chase their dreams” however, it comes at a cost to Canadians. We have less jobs, more expensive taxes and housing. So if you are an immigrant coming to Canada you’ll actually make more money than the average Canadian simply because you’ll get so many financial benefits as an immigrant. For you it’ll be great, for Canadians it isn’t!

I work in a call center for a few years for USCIS. I had a lady yelling at me because she received her naturalization and all her “benefits” were taking too long. I sat there stunned because I too, after 28 years of being born and raised in the USA didn’t have any of these benefits she was expecting either.

More people to do the work, lower the value of said work. Period. Counting just the legals... 1.2 million... That's about 1% of the population every year. In just 25 years, that's a quarter of your population... and doesn't count their kids. If they have 1 kid each, it's *half* of the population (approx) in just 25 years.

Jesus christ you are off the rails. This is a KID on a COLLEGE campus, a place for learning and critical thinking. He is actively excerising his mind through this discussion and likely learned a few things. Some of his points weren't necessarily incorrect or bad, just potentially misguided. We need to stop shitting on people who have differing opinions or beliefs and focus on educating them, that's how progress is made. You should be ashamed of yourself.

First time seeing Charlie, so glad someone is spending the time out there challenging these views.

Outstanding! Charlie Kirk is so well read & informed and a student of the truth of our country our laws our political and constitutional issues. He knocked it out of the park on everything covered and did so off the cuff! And was articulate to boot. This poor student was so disinformed and used by the hard left elites about everything discussed. Fortunately I think he started actually listening and considering. I think he will start to study it and eventually become a patriot and a constitutional conservative. Great work Charlie.

I am in my early 70's and at the same age these students are would most likely start looking at men who are, welders, construction workers plumbers. electricians because the majority of them have more common sence and are more down to earth them a clueless, brainwashed, entilited snowflakes. I am not saying all collage students are but it looks like the are in the majoirty on campus.

A good example would be increasing minimum wage to put mom & pop shops out of business and to create an environment where big businesses that can absorb that shock remain in business. This is why mega corporations push to have minimum wage increased - to get rid of their competition under the guise of doing something good for the workers.

I didn't see that. He carried out a respectful conversation, didn't get overly emotional, and seemed to be genuinely listening to what Charlie said. My guess is he will go home and ponder what was said over time. Who knows if his opinions will change but either way, he exposed himself to different views and learned more about the world around him.
