WHAT IS BRAIN EDUCATION TV?
Brain Education TV provides mental health and mental wellness videos to help young adults with loneliness, depression, and anxiety. The foundation of our content comes from Brain Education, an academic study from South Korea that stems from over 40 years of research and application and has been practiced by millions around the world.
WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH…
We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.
Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.
We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

When I just started shaking my head, I felt my head so heavy and a bit dizzy, I talked to myself this exercise wasn’t for me. Glad I didn’t stop and in no time I felt my head lighter and I quite enjoyed the exercise. Many thanks❤️

You are an amazing teacher. It is said that during the apocalypse, souls wth a more profound understing would incarnate in order to show others how to cope with the emotional and physical pain the transtition to the new era would present. Most won't remember their mission at a linear level, they would have to remember it through movement/motion... THANK YOU. I leave you with words from my favorite writer: "... we are luminous beings. We are perceivers. We are an awareness; we are NOT objects; we have no solidity. We are boundless. The world of objects and solidity is a way of making our passage on earth convenient. It is only a description that was created to help us. We, or rather our reason, FORGET THAT THE DESCRIPTION IS ONLY A DESCRIPTION and thus we entrap the totality of ourselves in a vicious circle from which we rarely emerge in our lifetime.” ― Carlos Castaneda, Tales of Power

Awesome exercise. Thanks for sharing!! I started practicing these exercises a month ago & they are the real deal. Supporting health & healing, releasing stuck energy, detoxing & renewing. Helping with recovery from coronavirus & 20 years of severe anxiety. Today I was surprised I started crying near the end of the ecxercise. Grateful for the release. The trickiest part is doing the tapping in one spot & moving so fast- my hands often hit each other. Hopefully I'll get better at it. Is there any extra advice for the hand movements? Thanks

Would it be OK to combine Brain Wave Vibration, Brain Tapping and Brain Respiration ...doing them in sequence? If so, is there a particular order that would be best? Thank you! Love your videos

I started integrating Brain Wave vibrations in my holistic Somatic Bodywork. I would not combining them as both are VERY powerful practices. However; that said - you could (I do not see the need, but) carefully start adding some easy Vibrational music and just see how your inner Healer reacts! If I would rather do above rather before. I like doing vibrational meditation and then 40Hz binaural work which really my synapses seem to rewire and brain is getting uncluttered :) Doing above also or even combine would be a overkill. Also combine it with functional breathing after above I feel would be more beneficial as the highways are open to use the O2 supply for cleansing. After all we have also to be careful - especially with the brain.

I found this exercise quite difficult. I actually found it difficult to tap my fists on my tummy and shake my head at the same time. Guess my co ordination isn't that great. My tummy got really itchy towards the end and my head felt dizzy. Mayberry this exercise isn't for me.

Itchiness is a great sign! Many people get itchiness when they tap because toxins from the gut are coming up to the surface. Keep going so you can get all of those toxins out! Also, it's ok that your coordination of tapping and shaking aren't good in the beginning. Keep practicing and it'll help your brain circuits become more flexible. You can do it!! 💪🏼✨
