Unless you’re my ex-wife who is a pro boxer to this day despite being diagnosed with post concussion syndrome in Feb 2014 but didn’t stop. Instead she left me for her 30+ year older stalker boxing coach she’s afraid but can’t connect the dots anymore while I’m fighting for my life after her manipulators got there hooks in her gaining a mental stronghold on her with their lies, crimes, a fixed ruling due to the trust fund scummy heirs to a billionaire they name drop dairy to hide their class 4 felonies! She didn’t stop there, none of them did, and while I’m recovering from 6 week’s of meningitis, 5 ischemic strokes, aphasia and at my most vulnerable and helpless point in my life this power of attorney of mine is being coached on how to have my child taken from me as they swat, gangstalk, bait, create whatever false narrative they can to discredit the disabled man I was then, worst of all the emotional trauma and abusive emotional poisoning their doing to my daughter who I went from raising until 6 weeks before her 9th birthday to not seeing her since Covid started. You don’t think your wife, stepmother, half brother, and one time friend would ever come up with such a methodical, meticulous, thoroughly measured, diabolical, sociopathic, cruel, thoughtfully planned and elusively carried out attack would come from your own corner, and while you’re in therapy 5 days a week not able to think critically because I was still relearning all my physical, mental, cognitive, emotional traits only to get boxed in by a machine gun and the masterminds who embarked on a 6 year crime spree committing every single crime against humanity you can think of and never even heard of against me with no regard for my daughter, niece, twin brother, sister, mother, father, family, friends and everyone I love. I’m telling you this sh!t gets darker and darker, and since they all filed protection and gag orders against me as I’m under the very care of those who terrorized me and left me alone for 4 years depriving me of everything I needed to comeback, somehow I was able to create new pathways in my brain to store information and right around the same time they were all reported to the AMA and have been hiding behind lawyers their unlawful protection orders. Scandals are years in the making. I have no doubt my horrifyingly devastating truth will save lives because if it happened to me, it can happen to anyone! Healthy 36 year olds who don’t drink, do drugs, smoke and works out 4 days a week don’t just walk around with viral meningitis for 6 weeks before going blind on their feet only to comeback to my ex-wife sending herself threats from an email address she created under my name and had every single password as my freak and suspicious illness is turned into an issue of substance abuse and only gets more and more painfully disturbing. But I’m a medically anomaly, apparently the first and only documented person to survive, restore, and fully recover from a 3 in 1 trio of a normally guaranteed fatal diagnosis but I had God, All his Angels, the Universe, My Twindian, and a Heroic Medical Team who gave me the chance to rebuild from scratch after recovering from the insurmountable odds. I can’t do justice in explaining something that viciously cruel with traps set at every angle, twist, and turn but I will proudly say I will get my beautiful daughter back and considering the magnitude of their crimes against me never mind the fact that my ex-was given 5 separate neurological doctor’s opinions to never so much as spar again which probably has everyone wondering how she was able to renew her boxing license. Bribes, trips to Indiana where female students who weighed similar were scouted and recruited to do her physicals for $200, or straight up bribing officials responsible for issuing boxing licenses. Next thing you know you get outcomes like her bout against Ali on 03/19/21 at the Galen Center in L.A during a Golden Boy Promotion right in front of my daughter🤦🏻😩‼️

Apart from how crazy good technical his boxing skills are, I feel like JT has reinvented himself with all of this basic boxing fundamentals. The basics are the crucial ones that any boxer, mma fighter, kickboxer or in my case, itf Taekwon-Do practitioner, really should focus on to get to the advanced level of technique. JT, you the man👍

I just now found this Coach. As you might imagine my wheels don’t work as well as they used to. Even in my younger years I was more effective staying flat footed than trying to move and strike while. I’m going to work these drills over the next couple of months to see if I can improve footwork and coordinate my hands and feet better.

Trying to teach my self boxing because I hella love the footwork in this sport(i was a footballer, but lost passion) . As a beginner it feels awkward when punching and moving at the start, but legit after learning this drill, I was all over the place and I can punch in rhythm, power, and confidence, at least for a beginner. Footwork did not dissapoint and title is legit at least for me! Thank you!

This was my biggest learning experience!! After doing Muay Thai for 8 years, I joined a friend (an amateur boxer) to work on my hands for two years. For the first 3 months, I couldn't figure out why there was such a HUGE skill differential at the boxing gym. I mean, yes, obviously, because I didn't do boxing, but he taught me that a lack of footwork + punching was my weakness. It really improved my hands AND my striking in general. Thank you sharing this gem!

But then I see some Cuban/Russian boxers that do that "left foot right hand, right-hand jab" like they do the opposite forward but does the "left foot jab, right foot right hand" thing backward. Which one is right? does it depend on what we feel more comfortable with?
