It's so awful that they don't know the history. And it's even worse that Bonnie didn't correct them. She was long gone when "I'm So Excited" came out, and none of those clips have Bonnie in them. So sad. May she RIP.

I thought the same thing. Where's the "Black Coffee" clip or my favorite Disco "Heaven Must've Sent You From Above?" They kept referring to costumes that she was not even wearing. R.I.P!

She looks so much like June here in some of the closeups. And a husky speaking voice that reminds me of Ruth. This is another rarity, thanks for posting.

I love the sound of Bonnie's laughter, reminds me of June's laughter, very distinct. Thanks for sharing, I truly enjoy watching them. You are so good at finding these old clips and yet I want you to find even more and post 'em!! 🤣

Um do they know any Pointer Sisters history? They kept showing Pointer Sisters footage after Bonnie left the group. She wasn’t part of Im So Excited. They should have mentioned her big solo disco hit “Heaven Must Have Sent You”.

It’s implied at the first of the interview that Bonnie was a part of the “I’m so excited” era of the pointer sisters yet that is not the case. It’s likely Bonnie did not want to correct the 2 youngsters on their information? Or somehow I’m wrong and she was with the group at that point? Anyway I’m a fan of all the pointer sisters and come to think of it since they’re sisters and family of course Bonnie is part of all the pointer sisters legacy and each every song.

Ur absolutely right. Poor Bonnie this always happened to her. They would talk to her clearly having no clue who she really was. They even showed the 3 sisters and implied that she was one of the sisters on stage. And Bonnie would just smile thru it .

No worse then when she passed away, and all the radio stations were playing songs she wasn't part of, and the TV stations were showing pictures of every sister but her...always felt bad for Bonnie, for the choices she made in life, which led to her missing out on when the girls hit the big, big time...🤔
