This song, as many others have gotten me through so much in my life, but this song, this song is the epitome of the Depression I have endured, the insomnia, the anxiety, the, PTSD from the childhood I lived and the war I deployed too, but most of all the toxic family that kept me from who I was always meant to be. So I moved on from it all, I left town with the ones who truly matter to me, my wife and kids, now I'm finally chasing dreams, I mean really chasing dreams as a writer and photographer, but most of all someone trying to live my life free. Not sure if you will hear my words, but thank you.

I love how his life went from depressed, suicidal, hate with a drug addiction.. To complete utter happiness with sobriety. Some may say they liked his music better when he was dark with his pain, but I personally think his music is so much more inspiring and better with his success story. I love this band!!

One years and two months sober from cocaine, extacy, and prescription drugs I’m not prescribed too. This band has held tremendously. Love you guys ❤️

I can't overstate how much I love Blue October. This is a total anthem for letting go of trauma and learning to be your best, healthy self - and I couldn't be happier about that, or for Justin, who has made so many leaps and strides since I very first heard about Blue October. I will always love Hate Me, but I love seeing him this happy more.

I never made it onto this video but I’m so grateful for everyone who did and to all those who continue to strive and move on from whatever it is that they are moving on from. I’m moving on from self doubt, doubting my vision, In fact just a few weeks ago I shared my first song and I’m thinking of sharing another this weekend the catch? Once there up they aren’t going down!

I loved the first video, but this is EXCEPTIONAL. Justin, you are living proof of what happens when you intentionally change your life for the better. This is a great concept for future videos. My mom past away last year due to her drinking problem and our relationship wasn't good I wasn't happy with her after the divorce for reasons but I planned on trying to create a relationship again after college cause I was no longer in the same state but I never truly knew what kind of medical state she was in until I got the call from my dad and sister saying she passed it hurt knowing I wouldn't get to fix it. This band was our favorite band I couldn't even listen to a song without crying g or choking up for a few weeks but when this song first came out it really helped motivate me and im back to my cheery self I've actually been trying to figure out a tattoo idea to honor her its surprisingly hard.

@@sheilat7720 Crap, KZread is the only social media I do, no Facebook, or Instagram, or anything else. I watched a lot of the Tuesday things but apparently missed it at the wrong time.

He's pretty active on Instagram. I totally understand not doing certain social media platforms, but I love his Instagram account.

@@Pete_R63 I hope he'll do more fan videos because this is spectacular and what a brilliant idea for introducing more people to the band. If someone sees themselves in a video, they're more likely to share it, so that's more exposure for the band. It's a fantastic marketing tool even though I get the distinct impression that Justin genuinely loves his fans and the marketing is just a bonus.
