    Great you had a camera assistant Ollie. These blockage video's are so addictive to watch. There are not enough hours in the day sometimes to watch them all. But the video's I have watched are a true pleasure.

    You've got some pretty awesome Plumbing tools. I don't know why it's so entertaining to watch this but it is. It's probably a horrible and nasty smelling actually doing it but since we can't experience that maybe that's why it's so entertaining. I worry that you're not wearing at least some sort of a mask. I'm glad you're wearing a long gloves on this job you should wear them all the time.

    In Britain, are septic sewers open at ground level without a sealed clean out cap? I have seen several in these videos with a rainwater slotted grate so the oder would easily rise up. Am I missing soimething?

  • @Satters

    @Satters

    Gizmologist1 storm drains are generally separate systems, however sometimes they are combined, in which case the gullies are trapped with a water seal to prevent sewer gasses arising

    Considering how often I see you pulling wet wipes out of someones drain, you should think about charging them an extra $10-15 per wipe you remove...I bet there will be far fewer wipes flushed down the drain after that (especially if ALL the Plumbers start doing it)... Oh, well...It's a shitty job, but someone has to do it...
