Bill Kazmaier - Deadlift & Bench Press Tips from the Strongest Man Who Ever Lived

Спорт

A Few months back Dan & Shaun invited me out to their gym Adonis Athletics Penrith to attend their Bill Kazmaier Seminar. Bill Kazmaier is one of the strongest humans to ever live, so hopefully you find some value in his tips and tricks for benching and dead lifting big weights!

Greatest all time. Not just a champions champion, and more dominant than any one over a period save for maybe Z, but he also gave so much back and was the best ambassador the sport could have asked for.

@@littlethuggie in 89 or 90, he gets to come back- he takes a NARROW second. A little bit of luck, it goes his way. That’s 6-7 years on from when they “cancelled” him. That’s all I’m saying. In 82’ and 83’ he literally had it won at the halfway point. I would say he wins 5 of the next 6-7, and he holds 8. Of course todays guys are bigger. More enhanced. And have the benefit of newer tech and training- but no one will ever go on an 8X run, and he was more than poised to do it, I would say the safe money was that he would. But for jobbing on the contest, this guy probably leaves a mark that no one ever beats. That’s all I’m saying. But- you can add to that- he had character. He was an actual personality. We don’t have that these days. He’s kinda a one off- minus Magnus Samuelson I think it was? The blond Viking with the sword swing victory dance? So dominance AND personality- this is why I say he’s the greatest ever.

Coan is great. He was so calm and zen, he almost made the lifting look boring. Whereas Kaz attacked everything like a monster and it made you feel he was lifting the world no matter what was in front of him--600lbs on a barbel, a giant log or a truck. Both very inspirational in different ways.
