It takes resourcing and trial and error in stand up. Bill is one of a kind. Material needs to be broken down between different crowds, and then broken down by the comic for the best outcome. Specials arent just one time jokes they thought of the day before. Some jokes take years, some joke take weeks. Its all about the dialogue, crowd and comedian. Never forget the delivery...
“Eating a deep fried eagle” holy shit...even Bill was cracking up at his own joke.

this is stand-up or netflix special quality but hes literally just talking. burr the best
This was hilarious. Bill Burr is the comedian of the decade imo. Chapelle and Burr are in an elite class, but Chapelle didn't really come back strong until his Netflix signing in 2015. Burr has been in his bag this whole decade.

Yea I agree but Dave Chappell came back strong like you said and he had the 90s early 2000s late 2010s and about to have to 2020s on lock … and I like burr more than Chappelle but younger people related more to Dave than burr unfortunately but burr hands down has been in his bad for over ten years since Chappell show lol Dave fake out hun on to mainstream and tv

Chappelle was busy mastering how to pray 5times a day. As an entrepreneur it's perfect when you shape your life around Islam instead of Islam around your life. He did amazing.

This was a free comedy special... not a podcast... You went above and beyond Billy.... so good 👏👏👍
This is the best entertainment. Off the cuff-genuine and a total riot
I first saw Bill Burr in my favourite Italian restaurant in his hometown of Canton,Massachusetts back in the late’90’s before anyone even knew that he was a‘genius! After Denis Leary put him on “Cam Neely’s Annually Cancer Benefit’s”and his bit on Ethiopia whereas he’d ad-libbed by grabbing his mike stand to show how malnourished these poor folks have been for as long as time ever existed? I just fell off of my couch and could not catch my breath and 20+ years later when I need a break from all this Insanity and Plague # 2, it’ll always be his warped view askew that’s getting me through the‘gift called life. I love this man more than life itself! No comedian deserves it more than he. Period!! Thank you for the Muzik Bill! - Dean P. Malden, MA.💕😎 12/15/20 @ 12:29 pm est approx: ‘See ya’ll soon!
Literally just describes his day and it’s the most entertaining comedy special possible. Dudes make years of jokes to fill that amount of time
