Omg I love they glass! So unique.
All the ice cubes will just water down the drink. Use chilled Aperol and prosecco and just plain soda water - no bitters, Aperol already has enough bitter taste for the right flavor. Nothing further needed.

That’s an aperitif they drink in Venice all the time - that’s where I learned about that drink and the history which I don’t remember - it’s not very popular in France though but only because the French don’t like the bitter as much but this is one of my favorite drinks

No, you don't. There are no additional bitters in a real Aperol Spritz. I really would like it, if all the American-Italians could stop trying to jazz up original Italian dishes and drinks, it never turns out well.

I’m a chef with a genetically sensitive bitter gene (It served me very well when I was working). There is no way I would be able to drink this and I knew it stopping by but well… Giada is the yum in this video

lol what? No. Aperol, bitters, and prosecco all contain alcohol...
That's not right, this drink is from Venice and is not make in the right way (I'm Italian)
