Happy Happy Mother's Day Ms. Giada 💐🩷 I SO love frittatas and quiche 😋 Such a great way to clean out the fridge and use up all those veggies. My favorite is the prosciutto on the top, uncooked with all its rich & salty goodness to compliment the eggs. Brilliant recipe doll, thank you so much for sharing it. Chefs kiss 💋

This is quite a frittata!

In Europe they don’t wash the eggs as we do in the US. So they do last for weeks not refrigerated. Happy Mother’s Day 🌹

Anyone that pays a membership to see a bunch of recipes, in my opinion is just throwing their money away. There are trillions of recipes out there for free. What makes her so special? NOTHING that I can see. So ladies don’t be sad about giving away your hard earned money to greed buckets.

You could add more prosciutto since it's salty! Alternatively, adding more herbs and seasonings like dried oregano, garlic powder, etc., can also enhance the flavor. Enjoy!
