Currently experiencing this pain myself. It hurts when I raise my arm and it's not in my shoulder it's in my upper arm. It seems the more I workout the more my body starts to fall apart. The thought of sitting in a chair and becoming Couch Potato without pain is starting to look pleasing. Everyday my body reminds me you're not 20 anymore.

Moved furniture/heavy items for a year straight. All the angles, overloads, and my own lack of warming up and even maintaining strength outside the work all contributed to me developing this painful tendonitis issue for almost 6 months. Drives me crazy. Icing and this stuff is helping tho. Hopefully I can break up this scar tissue. Thank you guys.

Wow!!! I've been in pain for 3-4 weeks with all sorts of jumping tender spots. I decided to look into my tender tendon in my arm. Tried the trick you showed us while you're laying down, started rotating my arm just a little bit then BOOM!!! I could feel all those tender spots firing at once including in my scapula. I knew all these symptoms that kept jumping had to be related somehow.

A year and a half ago, I had rotator cuff surgery and repair of the biceps tendon. My surgeon said that the biceps tendon was "ragged". I have since been diagnosed with a new tear on the back of my shoulder and have continuing pain in the bicep. Will these exercises help with my continuing problem? The surgeon said that a revision would only have a 50% chance of helping. I don't like those odds. Are there exercises that I can do to strengthen the muscle without injuring it further? Also, are there exercises that could help a rotator cuff that is not a candidate for surgery? Thanks. My husband and I enjoy your videos.

I'm wondering if you can help me . I have had some issues with my shoulder but they seem to be getting better but also experiencing some aching in the bicep and back of elbow . Not really sure what the culprit might be . Stretching and massage does seem to help and the pain is not intense . It started with pain in the front of my shoulder and I had some grinding and popping but it seems to be improving but still concerned about the tricep and bicep seeming achy or tender

@@invalidname4899 I've been stretching a lot. When the elbow hurts I do a curl with the other hand giving resistance. Take a look at the way your palms face when you stand relaxed. Are they pointed toward your sides, backwards, forwards? Bob and Brad could do a vid on proper arm posture! I'm going for palms facing forward. I've been doing a lot of variations of mudras for hands and forearm stretches, ba-gua/Tai chi movements...anything to reverse the bad movements and postures my work put me in. Curling up to the outside of my shoulder gets the pop. Curling toward the chest doesn't.
