We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.
-
THANK YOU ❗️

Sam I want you to know that I love everything that you do. I have been watching your KZread a while now. I'm a 54 year old guy that just finally figured out how to comment on On KZread videos. You are actually my first to receive my first comment. My wife and I are planning to go out to your restaurant in San Diego. We live out in the Inland Empire in Rancho belago. And we look forward to eating some of that delicious food that we have seen on the website. I love what you're doing and educating people as to how to cook better for themselves. as the new generation of young adults are so easily persuaded to go eat fast food. You bring easy-to-make recipes that even a beginner can follow and make a delicious meal. Sam I appreciate you and your family! God bless you guys!

Last time I made thousand island dressing,I made maybe 5-10 gallons , 3-4 gallons of mayonnaise, 10 lbs of sour cream, every color of sweet peppers, red onion, celery, garlic, pickle relish, capers, hot sauce, a number 10 can of chili sauce, salt and pepper. The ranch and blue cheese was 10 gallons each and the two kinds vinaigrette 5 gallons each ,it was a 900 seat restaurant , the thousand island was the first I learned, working there was the most fun I’ve ever had in a work place.

"Where's the cumin?" "Where's the cilantro?" Jesus.Christ. First off, he didn't say he was making anything other than a steak, grilled onions & melty cheese taco in the description (as well as the title). Second, you really want to see the 7-billionth exact.same.taco recipe? FFS, this video is fantastic, get over it. Another thing: with that provolone on there, this really could be extended as a Philly Cheesesteak taco with a few more recipe tweaks :D

I tried to make this and it was amazing. I used short ribs instead of NY strip, and I had some cumin and Mexican chili powder in the sauce. btw Japanese mayo is wayyyyy better than any other mayo. since I cooked this inside I smoked the meat with a smoking gun and applewood. I finished it of with some freshly squeezed lime, which was amazing. I'm definitely making this again. THANKS SAM
