Best Pitching Form (Stretch Basics)⚾️

Key Pitching Technique! 💪⚾️
Today we cover how to pitch from the stretch. This helps you develop a routine to gain consistency.
1) First we get into the straddle position.
2) Step on with your back foot and look in at your target.
3) Get into the set position with your hands relaxed in front of your belly.
4) Line up your feet and shoulders to the pitch.
5) Lastly, take a deep breath and visualize driving the ball to the dead center of the catchers mitt.

I make these drills look easy. Give them a try and let me know what you think in the comments below. Get creative and tell me some other tips you think of while pitching from the mount. All these skills are easy enough a child can learn them through practice but difficult enough most adults can't perform them.
