It wasn’t improvised. It was in the script. Jerry talks about it in an interview on the Eisen Show.
"I don't think you do" is my favorite line in the show
Jerry Seinfeld is such a humorous individual. Sometime I giggle when I'm watching his TV show.

I get the same "cozy home" feeling of nostalgia that I think you are feeling when we watch Seinfeld. For me, it reminds me of another time in my life when I was much younger and lived without the internet. When people went to peoples houses and visited like we actually cared about each other.

The genius of Jerry was that, like Carson he recognized that he needed and wanted his guests and costars to shine. In the day and age of supersized egos, it was remarkable that Seinfeld was happy to get Kramer and George, Elaine and Newman and on and on get big laughs while he was happy with his modest chunk of the pie. I respect him for that because it's not something that a lot of people could do.

Unbelievable. I had no idea of what a terrible person she really was. I’ve seen two episodes now where she does this and it has ruined watching the show for me. By the way the Supreme Court doesn’t make law and it was never law how pathetic she is in real life.
