You are letting your emotions cloud your logic. The waiting list for public healthcare priorizes expectancy of survival, lifestyle of the patient that is requesting a transplant, and many other aspects. On the other case, private healthcare, you get a transplant if you have money to pay for it. Sounds like one of these systems is realy unfair, and the other one less unfair.

😂😂😂. You just can’t get much better than Kramer when it comes to comedy. He has no filter, eccentric tastes, is downright spastic, and can be pretty annoying. But strangely he’s endearing. The coffee table book bit killed me btw! “If you don’t have a coffee table, it turns into one.” 😂😂😂

I would include the later scene (I think it's the last scene) in this episode (it's the one where Jerry is boinking his maid) where the maid/prostitute's manager/pimp picks up Kramer off the street and offers him "work" as a "maid." There's no loud antics or pratfalls but his characterization is perfect and hilarious: "Do you know how to work a mop-wringer?"

There are so many great Kramer moments, you can't do a top fifty without leaving out a lot of them. But how could you leave out the scene where Jerry sees that Kramer's smoking has turned his face into "an old catcher's mitt." Kramer reacts as if he were Gloria Swanson in Sunset Blvd. It is a priceless, hilarious scene that they could barely film because Seinfeld kept cracking up!

The other guy along with the crew were so shocked at what he had done, they didn't laugh until later.

That feels intentional. Jerry's a standup comedian, so outside of his standup act he settled into the role of the straight man while his professional actor friends delivered the comedy. The show's whole sense of humor hinges on Jerry's neighbors selling themselves as zanier personalities than his.
