This dude went in there and slammed it like he was part of the regular cast. He made it look so easy, but it can’t have been. The show and principal cast were already riding high and running a very well-oiled hit machine. I marvel at guest actors like this. They can inhabit and own any stage they’re placed on. Be it for two minutes’ screen time, or throughout an arc of episodes.

I completely agree! The casting directors on Seinfeld had an amazing ability to hire phenomenal actors that could perfectly capture any character. David Puddy, the Soup Nazi, Russell Dalrymple, Mickey Abbott- all fantastic characters, but Jackie Chiles remains my all-time fav ; )

Being an attorney with a similar name, I have people referencing this to me all the time.

My vacation was restful, splendid, maaaaagnificent. This is the best line imo

"A bra has got to fit right up against a person's skin, like a GLOVE!" The best (and most courageous) social commentary in a sitcom in the 90's. People today don't know, but jaws hit the floor across the nation when Jackie said that line, and it wasn't years after the trial, this show aired 3 months after the OJ verdict was delivered, when it was still fresh and raw in everyone's minds.

Across the board, American liberals & conservatives were both palpably shocked when the verdict was delivered. I was in a restaurant watching it live and the entire restaurant just audibly gasped when it was delivered (Except for, sadly, most black people).

Every character complements the show so well and fits to the whole plot.. like a glove!!

It's funny how Seinfeld was always knocked for not having black characters, yet introduced us to one of the greatest black characters in a sitcom! Jackie Chiles.

***** Same situation, I'm black, I love Seinfeld, and can sometimes identify with just how crazy life in Manhattan can be. No longer live there, but watching Seinfeld takes me back to some of the nuttier days of my life in NYC.

That's Greg Morris son. His name is Phil Morris. Greg Morris was in the tv series Mission Impossible in the 60's and 70's. Then Phil Morris was in the Mission Impossible series in the 80's. He was on an episode of Steve Harvey.

After a couple of decades I'm still watching this show. Sienfeld is just perfect.

The whole "guilty bystander" bit was so brilliant, and beautifully performed. Brought a smile to my face, and a tear to my eye. Bravo, 'Jackie'

Phil Morris is so under rated. He said he wanted a piece of the Tobaco company for years because he was made fun of his whole life because his name is the same as Phillip Morris, the tobaco company. Genius.

Loved Jackie, a credit to his Father, Greg Morris RIP.

"Your tobacco company has turned this beautiful specimen into a horrible, twisted freak." Gets me every time.
