Best Diastasis Recti Exercise When Pregnant

That bulge in the middle of your belly is from Diastasis Recti, Diastasis Rectus Abdominis, DRA, or DR (it's all the same thing) and it means that your abs are separating as your uterus and belly grow. It's very normal, but we want to avoid bulging whenever possible and this exercise is the perfect place to start!

    100% yes you can!! Diastasis Recti is actually a really normal part of pregnancy, unfortunately tho sometimes it separates more than we’d like it to and can be harder to heal postpartum, but definitely does not interfere with your ability have a vaginal or unmedicated birth. Great question!
