Release Exercises for Tight Pelvic Floors - 5 Minute Stretch

Join me for this 5 minute pelvic floor stretch flow. This series of stretches is perfect for those with hypertonic or "tight" pelvic floor muscles. Some symptoms of tight pelvic floors include pain with intercourse, pain with insertion of tampons or menstrual cups, and soreness after exercise or lots of standing and lifting activity. Use this routine to stretch, relax, and lengthen your pelvic floor muscles.
