Excellent video, exercise to learn balance!
Some really good - mimicking movement
I can do all of this of course, but for the extra challenge I usually stand on my head instead of my feet on top of the ball. And when I say "ball", I mean the top ball of course, that is standing on top of the bottom ball.
After looking this "just training" fo SUP bilance I am 100%super I stići to swimming
It is a challenge to me.

Well, I'm 58 and in july 59. I do Pilates and acquired an inflatable SUP. Balancing on the sup is a hard time for me and I guess this exercises will improve it.

You’re never too old to start working on balance! Throw away that old mindset of ageism!
what the _____?! Meanwhile I’m imitating paddling on a yoga ball board with a. weighted bar
I feel like you need a helmet for this
Uh 85% of the population can’t do that !! 🤣😂
This video is utter nonsense and a sure way to get injured quickly - if you want to improve strength & stability for paddle-boarding, try just doing some basic exercises such as goblet squats, lunges & deadlifts to strengthen your lower body, some rows, push-ups & shoulder presses to strengthen your upper body and some planks, paloff presses and mountain climbers for your core - these are far more 'functional' they are safer to perform and will be suitable for 99% of the gen-pop to perform in order to get stronger for sport. Even as a qualified strength coach, martial artist & recreational paddle-boarder I wouldn't try these movements!
