Great, so I don't have to buy a gallon of epoxy resin😊
Soooo beggineer
As a shoulder surgeon this will be good for business
Rookie repair. Subscribe and return to see how he does this type of repair in a couple of years.
How many sessions each please?
In the first batch of resin, mixe it with microbaloons 50% and then it will look like the original foam.
Intro too long
Better to use Polyester Resin or Epoxy Resin depending on the foam material. Polyurethane can take both resins, EPS foam only Epoxy. Should have used Q Cell, or at least Silica. Also could have added a piece of foam to have perfect buoyancy. But I guess this video is for those already mixed kit like Zolarez as depicted.
Greattings from Brazil. 🏄♂️ 🏄♂️ 🏄♂️ 🏄♂️ Nice job I have my band too. Essential stuuf
Ok so I bought a POP paddle board cause my friends made that look easy and fun…..well after being out for about 20 min my legs got all shaky and I had to kneel for a while. My legs were shot that day and I also noticed I need better core. Is this something that will strengthen my legs so they don’t shake? Legit googled bosu ball SUP and your video came up. Figured it would mimic it in a way
Is the fiberglass necessary or is the solarez enough?
enough to solarez alone if you just want it to be watertight
My dream ! I love paddle boarding ❤
Thank you ❤
Clicked your link and didn't see Widowmaker on your website... 👎
Funny: I have been paddling for ~6 years - good stroke, relatively fit. I tried to do the squat with heels on the ground and fell over on the first one 🙈 Guess I need to spend more time here!
Where to get fiber glass
Excellent demonstrations and descriptions. Thanks!
Thanks!
Advanced turn sessikn, is a Pyzel Ghost a good board shout?
Thanks bro 🤙
Looks fun but too expensive
when they say be onsite an hour early. Does that mean be at the main parking lot an hour early, or actually being at the site an hour early?
If I just bring wetsuit and Not the accessories for jt in summer will I still be able to surf?
need better sound mixing... that intro sequence is way too loud compared to the rest of the video...
Really love your enthusiasm
Could I just use epoxy no fiber flasssheet?
I keep a propane torch and flash over the wax. Warms it and most will just run off when you tilt the board. I do it over newspaper and when the wax re hardens you can mold it back into a block and re use it a couple more times. I’m cheap.
So you just use resin? Not a resin and hardener mix? And I just finished with my board and there is just a micro little spot I think I over sanded. Any thoughts on what to do? Can I just add some resin or do I need to add fiberglass cloth too and then resand. Also what is the best type of paint to use to paint entire boards?
He used solarez which reacts with UV radiation to harden
Too much noise interference on video. Fix that and it's good
So cool. I wish we had one of these pools in canada.. I just wonder about the price involved winter.... draining the pool so it doesn't freeze etc. Or building a massive indoor facility.
This video is utter nonsense and a sure way to get injured quickly - if you want to improve strength & stability for paddle-boarding, try just doing some basic exercises such as goblet squats, lunges & deadlifts to strengthen your lower body, some rows, push-ups & shoulder presses to strengthen your upper body and some planks, paloff presses and mountain climbers for your core - these are far more 'functional' they are safer to perform and will be suitable for 99% of the gen-pop to perform in order to get stronger for sport. Even as a qualified strength coach, martial artist & recreational paddle-boarder I wouldn't try these movements!
Hello, between 10 to 20 reps, but how many sets? Thank you
this is hard as someone who workouts regularly lol
Thanks for the information! Is it possible to rent all the gear like gloves and boots?
This video was very helpful! Thank you for all the details!
this video just showed me how unfit i am 😅 can`t even do 2
Can you just fill it with solarez and that’s it?
Right like can you skip the fiberglass part?
@@romanmorzella6099 well I just put solarez in my ding and it works fine
❤
dude. don't jump off your toes, it won't work on most boards so it's a terrible habit
Hello nice video ! when u say advanced beginners, does that mean that we can move from a softboard bigger than us to the bull ?
Newcomer to SUP. Standing on a Swiss ball and falling on a wooden gym floor seems retarded: rather fall into water.
What fins would you recommend
hey for fins i like to use these FCS II Performer Performance Core Thruster Fin
This is BRILLIANT! ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Good vid, a very soft looking wave, can they crank it up?
Hi Ben, really nice Video
Yeah, but should I get there early???
I don’t give a fuck what all the rippers and groms and shortboarders think. You try and get bazza’d on a longboard and you’re big in the game. Loved this vid. Beauty 😊
Thank you mate! 😉
Great stuff!🔝 How many repetitions for each would you suggest?
That is a sick little video that is 🖤
