2. Spider-Man Plank
3. One side reach throughs
4. Other side reach through
5. Plank
6. Front reaches
7. Plank up downs
8. Side plank raises
9. Other side plank raises
10. Plank
You'll be strengthening your core with this intense 5-minute plank workout for abs! In this workout, we'll do a series of plank variations that will target your abdominal muscles (it will also strengthen your shoulder) and help you achieve a stronger and more defined core. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced fitness enthusiast, this quick and effective workout is suitable for all levels, so if you need a short pause between the plank variations, go ahead, but get back into it as soon as possible.
