Bench and Cupping Test! | Arm Wrestling Training

Спорт

Hi guys, today I was testing my one rep max on bench press. After not doing it for a long time (3 years) I wasn't expecting anything special. But it went much better than I thought it would! :D
Also, I saw Levans and Iraklis cupping exercise and I thought it would be a good idea to try it. It didn't go as well as I wanted it to, but it wasn't terrible...

What I really like in this guy is his natural behavior. He is showing us everything what he does. With results and failures. He is mentally stronger than other guys which only show their successful workout reps and try to hide their failures. Rino, be yourself. You are incredible person

Amazing for your age, especially when you said 140 kg when you were at 15 years old. I would like to see you in East vs West in 105 kg category. I believe that it is inevitable for you to hold the title there in the near future.

Rino, 160kg is your max at the moment for sure. Just needed to rest for 5minutes and do it again 160kg :) Muscles not recruiting such fast when doing one rep. For one day max I am doing whole set like that 15rep 5rep 3rep 3rep 2rep(70%) 2rep(80-85%) and only then 1rep max.

Great job, 140-150 kg bench that you could certainly do, without training, is amazing. No arching, and leg driving much, if at all. Well done!

Cool to see a noob like me can cup just as much as you Rino of what you showed, though it look easier for you :-). Only been doing it for 1,5 year now, but my fitness only had up to 40 kg after half a year, i stoped for some time, but now started on 45 kg with a barbell with weights on 1 site. Feels just like doing it with barbels dumbbells, were the pressure can be felt on the styloid process of ulna in the forearm. Though the barbell version is a little harder for the weights it feels to me. And I already feel strong after just 1 training, wird how some muscle just grows so much faster than others in strength. Hope the rest of my body can follow that trend.

take wider grip on bench press this close grip bench which is harder cause the triceps is doing most of the work..and if you would used wrist wraps and elbow sleeves you would get 170 for sure
