I went to the small town of New York City to talk to people and be a gecko. This is probably my favorite street interview session I’ve done so far, everyone came willing to share very deep things about their lives.
Those people include a guy who sent a video of him and his girlfriend making love to her ex, a woman who broke up with her fiancé and discovered the meaning of love, a street performer who describes how his life changed after going to jail, a musical theater student reflecting on being bullied in middle school, a woman who just moved to New York alone, and many more.

Julia - your sharing made this 48 year old dad cry. I lost my dad when I was 19 and never got a chance to have many good talks with him. Hearing your dad positively impacted so many youth is the sign of a successful life. The idea he shared for that kid to get along in school to ignore the bad words... that hit home. RIP #hugs

I'm going trough long-term relationship breakup and hearing all those live stories of people feels me with hope and determination. Why? I'm happy making the money I need and having time for my hobbies, family, and not to mention sleep. Sleep is extremely important and nobody should act like it's normal to sleep less than 6 hours a night
