Lyle, to answer your human vs animal medical school concern. My step father was a doctor, and growing up he always told me that he originally went to school to be a veterinarian, but since it was so hard he switched to being a doctor. Veterinarian school is notoriously difficult, not only due to studying interspecies medicine (cats vs dogs vs birds), but also the fact that there’s still a great amount of intraspecies variation (dogs of different breeds and sizes, etc). This is why many vets specialize in certain animals, and why certain types of vets are hard to come by depending where you live. Also why there’s such limited data on veterinary medicine and why medical treatments are such a gamble for animals

Of course we see a very friendly side cause, well, camera, weird gecko... but honestly its crazy how uniquely charming each random ass person can be in their own special way. Been watching the geck for a long long time but it never gets old. This weird silly little youtube channel kind of re-inspires my hope in humanity. Love ya lyle. Keep it up. (and also the crew behind the scenes, you guys keep it up too :D)

Geck is like can you bring the mic right up to your face. Guy precedes to hold it down away from his mouth. Mic etiquette is definitely something that you have to learn. It does not come naturally.

@@reagan4417 great choice, lots of room for OT but it not being mandatory for most companies. Good pay scale, and high demand, schooling is a little longer but worth it since you’ll be able to do your own repairs at home which next to plumbing is the most expensive repairs. I’m in plumbing and it’s roughly the same but maybe a 5-10 dollar less difference but I love it so not complaining ! Sad part of welding is they’d rather hire convicts, have you train them to be your replacement, the company I worked for wouldn’t keep their pay scale promise, and my buddy who worked at three different shops now had the same issues, if you complain they fire you or write you up and try to get you to quit. He’s in HVAC now and is much happier !
