❤ it's good to hear that you are not there to make friends, and bringing the pictorial surliness to prove it :) meanwhile, as you were en route to the venue and showed the 6:00am time, i thought to myself how tired and exhausted and ready for a nap i felt just watching it, and when you arrived to the venue in the dark, i was looking for where i would want to lay down and get more pre contest sleep and rest. my guess is that you were exhausted before even suiting up and paddling out. be sure (yes, i know you know this, i am merely supportive echo here) to get good consistent rest and sleep (and nutrition / hydration of course) so that you can be in your best contest shape and feel better about your results :)

Surfer are a unique and true one with the waves. They feel it in their souls. Thank you flakey and all the surf's out there. Thanks for sharing. Have fun!!😉

I always said that Portugal is like CA 1960s, before it was ruined with overdevelopment. Lots of CA expats are moving there, but the Portuguese don’t want their politics ruining Portugal too, so I hear. I hear the locals got tired of all the Americans buying property there so they just canceled their golden visa program last week. I always loved it too because it was the least crowded European country, has waves, food is amazing, there’s a culture of family, and the people are awesome. Plus, I speak Portuguese and love the language. They were the first to stop vaccines or masks in their courts as well. 👏👏👏👏

Yip surf was so suspect ladys always get second pick of sessions. Hard to get anything out of that same for everybody typical surf wouldn't lose any sleep over it luck of the draw comp.Bells suits your style more than most i think so will be watching you got the skills to ring it .

in 2022 Cortney C made the cut with 14,485 points. Lakey your current points are 9740. 14,485 less (9740) =4745 points. It would appear you need roughly 5000 points in next 2 events. Lakey, you seem to have a full plate, Keeping a marriage going, Moving ect. None of your tween competitors are married, and most likely traveling with parents. Can Thomas stay behind in Cali to handle the move, so you can concentrate on competition. If I was your Husband, which I am not, I would handle the moving so you can have a clear head. One less thing for Lakey to concern herself with. Just an idea
