1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
7 oz/200g beef
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp corn starch
2 tsp water
2 tsp oil
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp dark soy sauce
4 tbsp water
27 oz/771 g frozen udon noodles
1 tbsp oil
1/3 cup water for stir fry udon noodles
Stir Fry Sauce
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar

I use the tri-tip. It's a part of the bottom sirloin.
Great video! Do you rinse your udon noodles after boiling? Some of my friends say that it's good to get rid of extra starch.
