IF YOU Are intimidated by this you need to stay the fck outta the kitchen lame ass 16 oz/450 g fresh chow mein noodle 4 stalks of green onions 5.3 oz/150 g bean sprout 5.3 oz/150 g onion 1 1/2 tbsp oil 1/8 tsp sugar 1/8 tsp salt 1 tsp rice wine 1 tsp Chow Mein Sauce 7 oz/200 g beef 3/4 tsp soy sauce 1 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce 1 1/2 tsp oyster sauce 1 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tbsp corn starch 1 tbsp water 1 tbsp oil 2 cloves of garlic 2 tsp rice wine 1 tsp dark soy sauce 2 tbsp water Chow Mein Sauce 2 tbsp dark soy sauce 3/4 tbsp soy sauce 1 1/2 tsp sugar 6.7 oz/150 ml unsalted chicken broth/water
