Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Udon are thick Japanese noodles. They are made with all-purpose flour, water and salt. We cook them in soup or sautéed.
👩🍳 Ingredients for 4 people :
400g all-purpose flour
180g water
20g salt
Corn or tapioca starch for spreading

Great video, I love that all the Japanese noodle videos show people stepping on the noodles, even in Japanese restaurants in Japan. I bake bread, tortilla, pizza, pizza, pitas and make noodles, Pennsylvania egg noodles and even dog treats with carrot and sweet potatoes. Amazing how every culture uses the same ingredients in slightly different ways. But with the same techniques. Folding pressing and resting. Thank you.
I'm from Bosnia, and I'm making this recepie, with my kids. I wish we have more spices in our shops.
Girl i came to this recepie bc udon noodles have been completely sold out at the store... but I really wanted to eat them today on my birthday. I once did italien pasta but never ever did i try asian noodles. I still have not boiled them but they look and feel already soooooo good, unbelivable!! Luckily i did a double portion so i can dry some for a later use. But really, thank you so much, without even having eaten them - i did not expect them to come out this good !!!
Heyyy actually kneading with the feet seems so much more easier😂
I just saw udon recipes and clicked play... oh my gosh I laughed when I saw you kneading with your feet!!! I totally get it. Thank you so much for making my day!!!

Im low on resources at the moment, so i didn't have a hygienic way to knead with my feet, so i used my fists lol. It took a long time, but i was able to get a good consistency, the noodles came out a great, slightly stiffer than some of the store bought noodle ive had, but still very slurpable lol. It took me a little over 20 minutes of fisting them, i had to switch hands every few minutes lol.

موفقه ياااااااارب احلى 👍❤❤
Arigato 🙏
oh, so you roll it back into a ball I always kneaded it into a pizza looking circle so its easier to roll out after.

Gosh I Wana eat today not tomorrow
if i wear a men's 15, should i wear high heels to avoid having low pressure on the dough?
Where is the stir fry sauce recipe to go with the noodle then?😅Cheers.
Do you think the standing on dough technique works for other doughs like pasta? 😂

Yes, I use this technique for all types of noodles. We use less arm strength.

Can you do this with lectin-free ingredients for inflammation reduction and weight loss? Like sorghum or hemp seeds? Gluten is one kind of lectins which causes all kinds of inflammation from farting to serious auto immune diseases like diabetes, Alzheimer's, and speed up cancer growth. After your lectin-free diets, you and your family will find that you have more energy and clarity.

Definitely not. The udon needs gluten for the texture and structure.

If it’s gluten-free, it isn’t udon. Have some rice noodles or something.
