As an adult, it can be hard to plan trips with friends because work schedule doesn't line up, PTO, finances, responsibilities, etc. By traveling alone, you learn to enjoy your own company, be at peace with yourself, be more independent, experience things without having others holding you back, make new friends around the world, expand your horizons, learn about other cultures & history. CHILLLLEEE, I just lost my grandmother last week, I'm currently going through a divorce, I just moved into an apartment with my 8-month-old son (at the time) after owning a home (still own it) for 5 years, and I've gained 15 pounds after being an NFL cheerleader for most of my 20's. I’m having to let go of a failed business. I like that you have transformed your self and didn't delete old pictures or the video. That's how life does to all of us. Even millionaires and celebrities'. Very motivational and shows that anyone can do it! I also lost 40 pounds that I had gained due to covid lock down closing all the gyms.

I felt so lonely but i knew i wasnt alone because i knew God was right by my side. I started my channel a couple of months ago and ive been so discouraged because of a lack of support and the high expectations that i was putting on myself. But i keep pushing through because i know that somebody needs to hear the things that i say and I actually enjoy what i do. I havent posted recently because i was conflicted with if i wanted to continue, but i realized that i was putting limitations on myself. From this point forward im doing anything that brings me peace. If any body is interested I make videos that guide you through these tough changes and how to get back to yourself

I’m only 15 but what advice I can give is to not expect anything, have your goals set but don’t rely on them to happen. Life always comes unexpected and oftentimes God has a different plan than we do. People you might have planned to stay with forever can leave you any second, and goals you had might become totally irrelevant to you. As Breeny said, just trust the protest and go with “the flow”, don’t be too harsh on yourself when things don’t go your way. In my experience, God saying no means there’s something much better to come. I wish y’all a blessed 2023! 🤍

I really loved the part about traveling alone. I’ve done activities and hobbies alone but never actually took the plunge to do a trip for myself instead of waiting on others. I do believe when you’re young and have the means to do so that it is beneficial to explore and experience more of the world

I agree with everything you said. I always knew what lifestyle I wanted but I barely put in the work to get there. I always had some excuse to say why I couldn't do it or follow through.
