Oh I love that girl!

If you are an overthinker like me, it can be extremely overwhelming to think that every one of your thoughts attracts that. I find it much more helpful to believe “i am worthy of my ideal relationship” and keep having faith that it will come to me, rather than forcing myself to think that I must believe it will happen otherwise it wont. I stilll get intrusive thoughts, scared thoughts, insecure thoughts… and i am still WORTHY of having the life and relationship that I want! If you think automatic thoughts nonstop like me it’s just best to not pay them any attention and just focus on what you want ❤️

As an over thinker and someone who’s been studying this for a while…it’s more the thoughts that you allow yourselves to ruminate on vs “every single thought will shape your reality”. Even though they come we don’t have to entertain that thought and mule over it and allow yourself to start feeling based on that negative thought. I’d be in a Dr Seuss book one second then a horror movie the next if every one of my thoughts became reality 😅

OKAYYYY Sooo! I watched this video the other day and then carried on with life. Today my children and I were at the grocery store to pick up a couple things and when we went to pay, all the lines were very long. I laughed to myself and thought, let's try the lucky girl thing she was talking about. Would you believe, the older couple ahead of us had a nice little chat with us and insisted we go ahead of them, I joyfully thanked them and said wow, I picked the right line, you are so kind! And then the gentleman ahead of them also insisted we scoot on ahead! Again I thanked him joyfully. They were all feeling good to be so kind and it was so nice for us to get through the line so quickly. I was blown away. Normally I feel guilty when people offer me special treatment. It feels WAY better to receive it joyfully than to say oh no thanks I feel too bad skipping ahead.

This video is sooooo good! I realized recently that I need to work on receiving love and to do that I need to practice giving. I saw a close friend yesterday who I have some resentments towards. I am beginning to accept her and who she is, a fun generous amazing friend who on some level lacks the capacity for empathy and minimizes my experiences. I think she does this because I see her doing this to herself as well. I'm realizing I need to just see her with love and not take it personally but at the same time stand up for myself and how I feel. I know I deserve love and have/am doing the work to truly believe. Opening up my heart for others helps so much : )

It's always a pleasure listening to you even though I'm much older than you. I got married early and thought I was done in that aspect, but it turned out I married a narcissist who made my life a living he'll. I'm divorced now and doing my inner work and loving myself and my daughters. However, I'm finding it hard to see myself in a relationship again cos I feel so peaceful and almost can't remember what it feels like to be in a relationship. This is weird cos I dated my ex-husband for a long time in college as a teenager and was married for over ten years. So this is an interesting question. My thoughts can be negative but I would still attract favor. For example, I would dread that my coworkers would be mean to me and ignore me, but they end up being so sweet and nice and attentive this whole year. Then last week there was a contest that I initially refused to do because I thought I would not get any prize at all and I would just embarrass myself. But I ended up playing the game and won a years supply of hair products, spa treatments, free seminars and more! This was all the while I was having negative and jealous thoughts. So now I’m very confused. Is it that deep down, in the midst of my negative thoughts, that I believe I am actually lucky? A lot of these videos say what you think is what you get but if that was the case, why are good things happening when I have negative thoughts? Thank you
