I completely agree about low quality people. You can’t keep giving to people who refuse to see the value you provide and are ungrateful. That doesn’t mean you need to change, it just means to be careful where you put your energy.

I literally love you! I've always lost my temper when someone doesn't respect my boundaries and this video is really helping me to get over that behaviour! I used to be a very sensitive person who will take anything seriously, people please in order to keep people close to me. I've healed from that behaviour but now whenever I see someone who is the same as I was, I can't help but get disgusted or try to avoid that person. From what I feel, it's because I don't want to see my past behaviours anymore. So how do I heal from this? How do I keep a boundary to myself so that I can stop hating other people pleasers?

Thank you Alexis for what you are sharing. 💝 This is one of the videos that really hit home with me. I've been hurting myself all of my life by constantly crossing my own boundaries and, of course, then letting others to cross them too. With time it only got worse to the point where I'm barely listening to myself when it comes to my biggest needs and desires (although, I am putting up boundaries with others). I've also been trying to heal for a long time now but it's only lately that I'm starting to see and feel the real issues. It is time for a real change now. 💚 Thank you. ❤

I totally have the book boundaries by Dr. Henry cloud. I picked it up after my abusive relationship ended. I learned about this book when I went on my debt free journey through Dave Ramsey. 😅 became debt free too!
