A good friend of mine lives not far in Chiba and when I visit her again in April, this restaurant is definitely my first stop! The food looks incredible and the story behind it is even better. Wish them much success and happy memories :)

The quality of your business is very very high and it does not begin with the cooking process but starts from the very beginning with preparation, cooking, presentation of food, serving of food and a big serving of communication and marketing. All the dishes that i observed are carefully served with much tender love and perfection. The taste must be very tasty judging by the customer's queue and acceptance level. The grandpa will be definitely proud of her beautiful granddaughter who sincerely carries out the legacy of the restaurant, added with new menu as well - Giant Steak fried rice and Giant Hamburger fried rice. Well done!!

When I fly to Japan this year in October, I'm going to have a look there.
