Nuffsaid, did you make this? If so please share how they turned out. Was 15min enough time🤔🤔🤔. I bake my cinnamon roll with compatible dough always take me 40 to 45 min at 450° to 460°F. Thank you if you can let me know as i have a lot of shreddd coconut I want to use lol😀😀😀

@@kimthoapham5520 hey! I actually did make this but made the following modifications I made my own version of white chocolate with powdered milk and vanilla and mixed that into the coconut filling. A white chocolate and coconut bread was more to my in-laws’ liking. I made extra filling so when I twisted the dough and laid it out, I brushed it with egg and scooped extra white choc-coconut filling on top. When baked, the coconut got toasty and it was quite dramatic. What’s more! The extra filling in the center was a sweet surprise!! I did bake for 15 mins at 340. That did not need to be altered but it does depend on the type of oven. If you use a convection oven, definitely use the fan and keep an eye on things when it reaches the 15 min mark. Good luck!! This is a legit awesome recipe :)

@@kimthoapham5520 btw 😬 I bake my cinnamon rolls at 350 for 25-30 and they’re usually done just right by the 28 minute mark. I’m curious why yours take longer. So you might want to take that into account if your oven heat is low for the specified temperature. Or try to bake one little bread knot at 350 for 15 and see how that goes. Then adapt. *I use enriched bread dough for cinnamon rolls - bread flour with sour milk and butter, does not need eggs.

@@nuffsaid2738 thanks. I'll double check the time. (I double checked it & oven temp is correct). I love a brioche based sourdough , that's always cold retarded in the fridge overnight and today I also use same dough for this bread, unsure if that's the culprit. Thanks again.
