    Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing): This pranayama technique involves alternating the inhalation and exhalation between the left and right nostrils using the fingers to block one nostril at a time. Nadi Shodhana is believed to balance the flow of energy (prana) through the body, calm the mind, and promote overall well-being. Chandra Bhedana (Left Nostril Breathing): In Chandra Bhedana, the practitioner inhales and exhales only through the left nostril while keeping the right nostril closed. This technique is associated with the cooling energy of the moon (Chandra) and is believed to have a calming and soothing effect on the mind and body.
