Iam a covid recovering person, for the past 6 months i have been suffering from immense short breathness , i have tried evey possible medicine but nothing seems to be working, but after i started doing this routine iam feeling much better,aapko mere dhanyawaad
I have taken up this pranayama along with my mandala practice after 21 days of yoga challenge. This is very energizing for the body. Thank you Radhika ji and Satvic team.
I suffer from stress and anxiety but anulom vilom helps a lot along with other breathing techniques. Also it helps me a lot in removing excess water from body and face and feel a lot calm and happy after this pranayam.

Namaste Performing nadishuddhi pranayama balances the masuline (Pingala,Right,Solar) and feminine energies (Ida,Left,Lunar) within an individual. This leads to a feeling of peace,oneness and satisfaction. We can chant Soham internally (So when inhaling and Ham when exhaling). .The upanishads which are a part of Vedas declare that there is only One and to realize this Oneness of all life is the ultimate purpose of life. Every moment we breath, nature reminds us of this truth as each incoming breath resonates to So meaning He and outgoing breath to Ham meaning I (The Sanskrit words are split as Sah and Aham and its conjuction is Soham) Every time we breath , we can tune ourselves to this ultimate reality of Oneness by remembering Soham. Thanks.
I do this everyday and I always feel so much calmer after doing this. I suffer from a lot of anxiety and this really helps

There is no such thing as "bad blood" during periods. Its just blood.

What bad blood? There is no such thing. The blood which is there on uterine lining is going to shed. Not from the body. Lining has already formed. So you need overall good diet and yoga pranayam.
