The best people that they're showing speak very good Spanish the way they speak Spanish from where my people come from in Mexico from Los Altos de Jalisco the other ladiy speak Spanish very fast the way the Spanish speaking and very hard to understand for me very tense.

I just feel like in your private life it is fine, but while filming or meeting someone for the first time, especially in a formal setting- not swearing might be a sign of respect. But like you said it is a different culture. thanks for the responses I am going to Spain in 3 weeks! *cheers

la palabra hostia se usa mucho en el país vasco solamente como expresión de asombro. no es una mala palabra. También puede significar golpe contundente. por ejemplo : te doy una hostia. ja ja. No es que sea una mala palabra. pero solo es aceptable a nivel coloquial.
