Your book is like a breath of fresh air. I've recently realized there was something not right with the "yes" walls while repeatedly failing in negotiations especially with my toddlers. I thought "could it be that everybody got it backwards?" and dismissed the thought until I found your videos articulating the nuances of getting to "no". Thanks. One more thought. I've always wondered how a person that really learned how to get the answers carries himself. It's just so normal and anticlimactic that it blows my mind. (My boy: Daddy, can I play on the iPad? Me: ...how am I supposed to do that? My boy pauses for three seconds: I'll be good and listen to mom and eat my meal and... He is still one step ahead of me but I'm catching up :)

Summary: Use self labels to diffuse a counterparts emotions, followed by verbalizing calibrated questions that are premeditated from an accusation audit.

And Happy Thanksgiving and a very Merry Christmas to you and your family! I know it was 4 years ago that you created this but someone is going to read and is anyone going to say they’re not as important as you?

Thanks Chris! Your going to think I'm a crazy person and the truth is you enjoy the lifestyle you do because people who came before you were Merry Christians and we say Merry Christmas!!! If you like the religion of Aithesim you should try Cuba, N. Korea and Communist China. If you don't like those countries, I suggest you study Rabbi Lapins books business so you understand how the world really works. Thank you.
