Hi that's wonderful that you did this 3 day walk. I saw your comment that you came to Southern Mass,,, I'm in Mass,,, south of Boston. I started watching your videos 2 years ago. This week was 2 years since I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Your videos helped me a lot. I love to spend time in nature. Hubby and I will be taking a walk tomorrow. It great therapy!! Your dog was so cute sleeping happily in his crate. You look great!!

I love watching your vlogs. It lets me take my mind off my own stuff. :)

Thanks! I'm so glad you enjoyed the videos I made. I still want to make more and expect I will at some point. There's no single reason why I stopped. To be honest, in part, it just got hard to keep looking at myself on screen, aging, gaining weight, etc. In larger part, I just got busy. Making these videos was very time consuming! These days I have a bunch of other things I'm enjoying doing with my spare time. ❤️

The last post I’ve seen is from 3 yrs ago. Is there a reason you don’t post more videos about you or cancer? Just wondered. Would be nice to see some new life in the now

Thanks Lori.. I don't think even I totally understand why I stopped. Part of it is it's very time consuming. part of it is it got hard to look at my own face so much. I will make another video though, sooner or later. 😊

I am not too familiar with the vlogging. I of course just don’t think I would look good or know what to say on camera. I have thought about getting a u tube account mostly because I’m sure I have a decent story to tell. I want to give back because being able to watch others tell their story and go through their cancer is just so brave and really puts yourself out there so I guess I’m scared.

I been practicing and videoing myself a little here n there. My 6 yr old likes to be taped. Lol. Also there is an app called Marco Polo. You can send videos messages back and forth. Short or long. It’s a great way to talk to people far away. I use it to talk to my sister and nice, they live in Kansas. Long way from Washington. Maybe I’ll send ya a link on fb if you don’t already have it. The app makes it easy and fun to do. I think it’s cool cause it’s live! Like a phone call with video just gotta wait to talk both ways. Looking forward to getting a notification bell ring for your account. You are fun and comforting to watch just so you know and I’m glad your gonna try to get back to utube more. I assume no scare or return of cancer since your last vlog but if there was I would like to hear about it if ya share that kind of thing too. I like all the chat pretty much so keep on keeping any! I will be taking tamoxifen after radiation. Are you still taking it? Any advice before I take this drug?

hi Lori - 3 years late replying - I took tamoxifen for 8 years. No severe side effects but very happy to be done with it. Hope you're well ❤️

Hi, I have been advised to take tamoxifen. Did you continue taking it and how r you as a result of taking tamoxifen? It's been a hard decision for me.

Hi Anitra, Thanks for your message. I understand, it was a hard decision for me too. I've been on tamoxifen now for almost seven years. (My doc at first recommended 5 years but later changed to 10). The good news is the cancer has not come back. Tamoxifen side effects are subtle but I still hate the drug and wish I could quit.
