Hey, how exactly did you power the pocket 4k on the crane 3?

Hey guys, I stuck with the following problem: How to pair a Crane 3 Lab and record video to an SSD at the same time? Both run over the USB-C, but BMPCC4K has only 1 port. Is it possible to use a hub or a splitter? Any advises?

Battery and cable that you use ? Can you put a link?

Hi im facing some issues to connect camera to gimbal, is there any menu change to make it connect with the gimbal. I have to chamge any setting? Thnk’s,!!!

+Robert Humphries Hey! I didn’t have to offset the BMPCC4K at all. The Crane 3 Lab is able to balance it perfectly

@@DanielBender i used that lens recently on the bmpcc 4k. Adapeter and lens makes it real front heavy. Was it hard to balance.

Mark, it was pretty easy to balance since the Crane 3 has a fairly large cradle. I never had any issues:)

@@DanielBender few more questions. What about the sigma mft primes? Have you tried those or the one lens that zhiyun lists in their sheet of compatible lenses?

@@markterryonline I haven't. I've used the Veydra MFT Cine Primes with it but not the Sigma. I have used Canon EF Sigma Primes with the Metabones adapter and they've been great!

Hello, is that the Pocket 4 on a Ronin M? Can you please let me know if it was a pain to install and stabilize? IS there limitation on lens choices using the Ronin-m with the Pocket 4?

Lee Hey man! Yes it is a pocket 4K on the Ronin m. You have to use a heavy enough lens (we used a canon 24-70) and then slide it in through the back side of the Ronin M. You definitely are limited to the lenses you can use (they need to have some length and weight). But it works great if you have a larger lens

@@DanielBender Thank you very much for the speedy reply Daniel! My Pocket 4k arrives tomorrow and I'm debating on the Ronin-M, Ronin-S or Crane 3. I'm shooting a film in July and trying to find a good choice that doesn't limit me too much on my prime lenses.

Lee That’s awesome man!! It’s my favorite camera under $10k by far! I would go for either the Crane 3 Lab or the FeiyuTech AK4500 when it comes out in a few weeks. The Ronin S is great, but it doesn’t properly balance the Pocket 4K. The motors are plenty strong to make up the difference, but the Crane 3 Lab and the new FeiyuTech AK4500 will our perform the Ronin S and Ronin M by a long shot with the Pocket 4K. That’s been my experience after testing them all!👍

Lee No prob man!! I don’t believe the software talks to each other yet. At least, I haven’t been able to get them to. But it balances perfectly with any lens with ease
