There is very little racial stuff in lyrics of the Star-Spangled Banner and if you try to argue that it e.g. mentions slaves I recommend going to read quite a bit about slavery in general; start with ancient slavery and work to learn more about slavery in every continent after that. Having slaves was not something unique invented in North America, e.g. Aztecs alone did it way before, slaves were e.g. very handy to filling quotas of ritual sacrifices when needed. Also not much is learned by people who think that former wrongs will be corrected with new wrongs. Because separation was wrong in the past this new separation will make things SO MUCH better? Right? Yes, I too do not know if universe happens to be infinite, but human stupidity clearly still is as endless.

Across most times and places there was slavery, be it Egypt, Mesoamerica, the Middle East, Europe, America, Asia, or even the global trafficking rings today. America is the most free country in the world and yet so many seem to act like we are under Sharia Law or Jim Crowe.

@@aeonise know your history: the British offered freedom to American slaves that would fight for the crown. The British abolished slavery decades before America did.

I think what I like most about Gary is that he definitely loves to see his friends succeed and that's the ONLY kind of friend you should have.

I like how this has become a hybrid show. One day Landau does an amazing interview with the lead from House of Pain, then Garrett takes center stage with pop culture wars, and the others they are both together just ripping on everything. My favorite ad reads are the ones they get in trouble for too...and the reason I'm a customer of Miracle sheets and Undertac. I refuse to pay Magic Spoon $12 for a box of cereal that might yield two bowls at best though. The price to product ratio is bad.

Hail, Gary and 1/4 Black. I don't know if it's my favorite, but 'The Wolves of Palmyra' urban legend still gives me the creeps.

As an inter dimensional Sasquatch myself, I’d say my favorite cryptic is the Chupacabra! They are just so cute!

IMHO- It took about 20 minutes(give or take a few) but when Gary and 1/4 started to click, the show was great the rest of the way! Would love to see him on the show again. I found Nerdrotic(and then others in his sphere) right around the start of GOT final season. I wanna say he had around 200-300k subs. I loved being able to vent with him in his livestreams. Really glad to see how he has grown!

Fave cryptid, as an Australian, would have to be the Yowie. Second, Nessie.

All cryptids are interesting to me, but the most fascinating ones are skinwalkers, tunnel dwelling monsters and flying monsters. I love stories of goblins in the sewers, mothmen lurking in peoples back yards, etc. One cool creature that might not be malicious is the so-called Ottawa Angel. Its a giant flying humanoid, kinda like a gargoyle.

Absolutely. There is a reason the players get paid as much as they do. at the end of the day, they need to be damn good at the game AND they need to make a scriped loss convincing. Either that or they let games play out mostly as they do, but steer the season towards certain super bowl players. Like how Florida's team this year was undefeated and didnt make playoffs (not sure if thats true, but my friend told me so. I dont follow sports) Not to mention how far in advance they designed the Super Bowl field, as well as the logos tending to match teams in a way that they lines up way too much. Give the people their NFL circus, and give em their drugs and sugar as their popcorn.
