Basic Live Looping with guitar and midi using the Novation Mini MK3

For those that only own a guitar and wanna jam with the novation mini launch keypad mk3. This video is a basic starter that utilizes the presets from Ableton Live lite. Ive used three midi tracks (Drums, Bass and Keyboard) to do looping. I hope this helps. Please subscribe and leave any feedback in the comments for future videos. Thank you

Really nice demonstration and playing. How do you record the solo guitars or vocals once you created the loop track in a live setup?
Hi Keats. Is this machine called the MK 3 mini? I got one from JB hifi for something like 169. Couldn’t work out how to get the loop working with my guitar. If it’s the one I’ll persevere. Probably just a slow learner. Love the Insta by the way 😊

yeah mate I do. I take a small laptop and play with a live drummer. He plays to a simple loop and we go from there.. Thank you
Hi boss, always the best!!...i have a question for the latency. How set your latency time between the pc and software ? I don't have a mac, but i have a notebook asus core 5i and i note a small delay betwen the mk3 keyboard and the output of headphone....some suggestion ? Hey bud. I’m not sure about notebooks. Try pressing off next to the record square (red square). It maybe currently on Auto..

How did you connect your guitar to Launchkey ?

Hey mate. I connect the launch key to the computer and my guitar to my interface (also plugged to the computer). I use Ableton live lite to sync both and use . I hope this helps
