    Love it im always gonna say ankle weights and or band for props maybe a longer all mat workout

    a lot of untrue info ! 45 or 43 min? video is 48min long... and where you used chair??? you wrote that we need it but.... I dont think so............

    Hello! The workout itself is 43 min without the cool down and stretch. Chair optional for an added balance challenge. Thanks for watching!
