    This was a fantastic all over body workout loved it 👍I'm having a problem with getting cramps in my legs arms and feet when I'm doing some of the moves am I not in the right position doing the move ? Or tensing up I'm not sure ? Anyway SUPER THANKS 🙏 see you next time 💐❤️🙋

    Hi Julie, without seeing you move it's hard to tell...but I would check in when you get a cramp or feel one coming on, and see if you are "gripping" in that area...make sure you are taking full breaths to oxygenate the muscles during the workout. Also...check in on your water intake! You may be dehyrated. Hope this helps!

    Thankyou Laura for the advice I do tend to tense and grip when doing certain moves so that maybe why I'm cramping will have to work on not doing that Thankyou again 🙋♥️🙏
