Awesome work out, thanks so much!!! Do you know if the strap that you used at the end, can be purchased separately somewhere? Also, wondering if you have tricks to get the spring clips to stop clicking by the eye bolt. Somehow I don't remember this so much when I was at the Pilates Studio.
Yes you can! Check out Pilates.com reformer accessories…it is called a reformer foot strap. The fuzzy is unnecessary but they sell that as well. As far as clicking…make sure your eyebolts are all vertical…this may help!

Thankyou Laura great class I've been working on my form and trying not to tense my feet arms etc when doing the moves like you advised and it's working only had a tiny bit of cramping in one part of the exercise so this is a great improvement so thankyou again see you next time 🙋💐❤️

This was a fantastic all over body workout loved it 👍I'm having a problem with getting cramps in my legs arms and feet when I'm doing some of the moves am I not in the right position doing the move ? Or tensing up I'm not sure ? Anyway SUPER THANKS 🙏 see you next time 💐❤️🙋
Hi Julie, without seeing you move it's hard to tell...but I would check in when you get a cramp or feel one coming on, and see if you are "gripping" in that area...make sure you are taking full breaths to oxygenate the muscles during the workout. Also...check in on your water intake! You may be dehyrated. Hope this helps!
Thankyou Laura for the advice I do tend to tense and grip when doing certain moves so that maybe why I'm cramping will have to work on not doing that Thankyou again 🙋♥️🙏
