Welcome to Evolution Pilates Studio! My name is Laura and I've been teaching Pilates, Barre and more for over 20 years! On this channel you will find full length Pilates mat workouts, Reformer Pilates workouts, Chair and Tower Pilates workouts, Barre workouts and tips and tricks for proper form.

I post new full-length workouts at least twice weekly, so make sure you subscribe and turn on notifications, so you don't miss a thing!

    @@EvolutionPilatesStudio I usually use the Healthy Granola recipe from Cookie and Kare but modify it depending on what I have available or feel like adding. If you can't find it by googling, let me know and I'll try to send it to you

    a lot of untrue info ! 45 or 43 min? video is 48min long... and where you used chair??? you wrote that we need it but.... I dont think so............

    Hello! The workout itself is 43 min without the cool down and stretch. Chair optional for an added balance challenge. Thanks for watching!

    Awesome work out, thanks so much!!! Do you know if the strap that you used at the end, can be purchased separately somewhere? Also, wondering if you have tricks to get the spring clips to stop clicking by the eye bolt. Somehow I don't remember this so much when I was at the Pilates Studio.

    Yes you can! Check out Pilates.com reformer accessories…it is called a reformer foot strap. The fuzzy is unnecessary but they sell that as well. As far as clicking…make sure your eyebolts are all vertical…this may help!

    Thankyou Laura great class I've been working on my form and trying not to tense my feet arms etc when doing the moves like you advised and it's working only had a tiny bit of cramping in one part of the exercise so this is a great improvement so thankyou again see you next time 🙋💐❤️

    This was a fantastic all over body workout loved it 👍I'm having a problem with getting cramps in my legs arms and feet when I'm doing some of the moves am I not in the right position doing the move ? Or tensing up I'm not sure ? Anyway SUPER THANKS 🙏 see you next time 💐❤️🙋

    Hi Julie, without seeing you move it's hard to tell...but I would check in when you get a cramp or feel one coming on, and see if you are "gripping" in that area...make sure you are taking full breaths to oxygenate the muscles during the workout. Also...check in on your water intake! You may be dehyrated. Hope this helps!
