    Agreed. Commentary is excellent. I felt in the past from previous commentators at world championships in Europeans that it was uneducated or very negative. This has a nice positive spin and you can tell that you guys are big fans of the sport as you cover a little bit deeper into the previous competition history of the lifters. Keep it up I hope this goes on for a while. 89 was the best class so far.

    Looks like he filled out so well and his lockout definitely benefited from it. This was a very very solid performance. 89 class is looking great

    8:31 and 8:37. You can see Giorgi Asanidze in the background watching Nino hit 217. Goes to show how much he cares about and pays attention to every detail of the sport. Easily one of the best strength coaches ever.

    As a Bulgarian🇧🇬 and fan of Karlos I thought he will reign the 81kg for very long time but now moving into the 89 kg he seems not fit yet into that category as Pizzolato who was unbelievable. Can't wait to see them both at the World Championship compete with the Chinese weightlifters.

    Don't worry, he is so young, he has the time to beat the world records for 81, 89 and probably win medals at 96 too a la Ilya Ilyin... He has the frame to put significant amount of weight, and it will undeniably happen as he ages...

    Remember that the 85 kg world record was 220 kg, so there's plenty of room for improvement, somewhere around 225-230 at least

    Asanidze is the father, uncle, neighbor or relative that everybody wants to have, yet we must remember that Tian Tao, Sîncrăian and Rostami lift 217 in 85 kl category, this is why i'm not happy when i heard, new world record

    He had some technical inconsistencies before, he clearly had the ability to lift more than he actually lifted in the 85 kg class. But yeah, lol 22 kg improvement (with more in the tank) in mere months, natty Italy.
