    I appreciate that you got Li Dayin and a brief cameo from Tian Tao in this one. Everyone looks in superb shape, but the Legend seems like maybe he would rather get home than spend 3 extra days training in Uzbekistan.

    It's helps in getting the knees out of the way of the bar path. Note that the bar is contacting the shin in the floor starting position, so the knee actually sticks out over the bar. The knee goes back and allows the bar to clear. When they stand around, most of them have pretty normal stances.

    My shoulders never feel bad after high pulls or any type of overhead movement. It is always the bench press.

    Exactly, your body will adapt to whatever it’s continually exposed to. Of course someone’s gonna end up with a bum shoulder if they go from never doing them to all of a sudden smashing them with too much intensity, volume and frequency. Like with everything the dosage makes the poison

    upright rows, and people don’t prepare their shoulders to train with internal rotation and can have pain. olympic weightlifters internally rotate in the snatch and jerk, they are trained for it

    Chen lijun 67kg used to lift as a 62. When he was a 62 he c&j 183 very close to triple bodyweight. And snatched 154 I believe.
